This policy explains what personal data Fifty GramX Networks Private Limited (“50GRAMx”, “we”) processes when you use our website and services, why we process it, and the rights you have. We are a data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For our Private and on-device products, your operational data stays inside your own perimeter — see our Data Protection page.
Account and contact data you give us (name, work email, company, phone) when you request a pilot, contact sales, or sign up.
Usage and billing data generated when an institution holds a quoted gram — metered work units, invoices, and support tickets.
Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected to operate and secure the website.
On your own devices and inside a gram, we do not collect, see, or route the content you process on your own hardware. That data never leaves your perimeter — by design, and provable via signed attestation.
To provide and bill for the services, respond to your enquiries, keep the platform secure, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send you product updates.
You may access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act on your behalf. To exercise any right, write to legal@50gramx.com. You may also lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as law requires, then delete it. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service (e.g. payment and email providers) under contract, and where legally compelled.
Grievance Officer, Fifty GramX Networks Private Limited — legal@50gramx.com. We respond to verified requests within the timelines set by the DPDP Act.
